1. Products

While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.  All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.  Slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens. Please note that items with a vintage, aged or distressed style finish have purpose made imperfections.

2. Availability

All orders are subject to availability. Occasionally mistakes may be made as to quantity of stock available or products may not pass our quality inspection before dispatching. Where this is the case you will be contacted as soon as we are aware of this and you will be offered the choice of a refund.

3. Payment Method

Love Kitty Pink currently only accepts Paypal transactions. However, you are able to use Paypal even if you don’t have a Paypal account and they do accept all major debit and credit cards.

4. Refunds & Returns

Love Kitty Pink is a conscientious cat and your pleasure truly is her priority. Perish the thought, but if there’s any reason you’re not happy with your purchase please use the ‘contact us’ link to see what we can do.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind:
You are welcome to return your unused purchase in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it. You will also need to enclose a copy of your original order or similar proof of purchase. Once your purchase has been returned and we are satisfied with the condition a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 30 days. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
N.B. Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to returned goods in transit.

Summary of requirements for refund of your purchase costs:
Goods must be returned:
- Unused.
- In their original condition and packaging.
- In their sealed wrapping, if applicable (such as greetings cards). The wrapping should be unopened and undamaged.
- Within 14 days of receipt.

With proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original order.

Made to order products:
We are unable to refund made to order, custom made and comissioned product orders unless, of course, items are damaged or faulty (photographic evidence may be required).

Faulty or damaged purchases:
We must be informed of faults or damages within 3 days of receipt of your order and photographic evidence may be required.
