Delivery
UK POSTAGE & PACKING
Prices quoted are for UK delivery. Please 'contact us' for orders outside of the UK.
1. Order Costs & Methods
Orders up to £3 in value:
Postage and packaging will be charged at £1.00. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail.
Orders £3 to £6 in value:
Postage and packaging will be charged at £1.50. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail.
Orders £6 to £10 in value:
Postage and packaging will be charged at £2.50. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail.
Orders £10 to £15 in value:
Postage and packaging will be charged at £3.50. Most orders will be sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail. Heavier items may be sent by a courier service.*
Other delivery services are available at an additional cost (see '5.' below).
Orders £15 to £30 in value:
Postage and packaging will be charged at £5.95. Most orders will be sent by a courier service.*
Special delivery services are available at an additional cost (see '5.' below).
Orders £30 to £60 in value:
Postage and packaging will be charged at £7.50. Most orders will be sent by a courier service.*
Special delivery services are available at an additional cost (see '5' below).
Orders over £60 in value:
Postage and packaging will be free of charge. Most orders will be sent by a courier service.*

* Orders sent by courier to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland will incur additional cost. Please contact us for more details & costs.
Deliveries to the Channel Islands maybe liable for an additional tax payment on arrival, which the purchaser will be required to pay. Please contact your local tax office for more information.
2. Multiple Item Orders
Orders may be sent as a single or by multiple consignments. Customers will be informed where items are sent separately.
3. Delivery Timescales
Most items will be received within 5 to 7 working days from the day of placing your order, although the majority will be received within 4 to 5 working days.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 working days from placing your order.
4. What Happens If You Are Not In
Royal Mail: Will leave a card if you are not in when they try to deliver and your item is too large to post through your door. You will have the option to collect from your local sorting office. If you do not collect your item within the specified time then the item will be returned to us. We will have to charge to re-send your item so please do either arrange for your item to be sent to an address where it can be received (such as your work address) or contact your sorting office when you receive a missed delivery card.
Courier Services: Must obtain a signature upon delivery (which is why they will not deliver to PO Box numbers). If you are not in they will leave a card with a number for you to contact and re-arrange a more convenient day for your delivery. Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be specified unless you have purchased a special delivery service. Please contact them when you receive a missed delivery card as unless they hear from you, they will often only keep the parcel for 3 to 4 working days before returning to us. We will have to charge to re-send your item so please do either arrange for your item to be sent to an address (or work address) where it can be received or contact the courier company as soon as you receive a missed delivery card.
5. Next Working Day, Timed & Saturday Deliveries
Please contact us if you would like a quote for special delivery services, as these will incur an additional charge:
Next Working Day, Next Day 9am, 10am & 12 noon & Saturday Delivery.
6. International Deliveries
Non UK deliveries will incur additional cost. Please contact us for more details & costs.
